RM 03280.003 Release Completed Pension Information Request Blocks—Reports Analysis Branch (4407)

1. A. 

   Return keyed Forms SSA-4617-U2 to the sender.

2. B. 

   Handle reels of magnetic tape containing keyed data as follows:

   1. 1. 

      Forward reel(s) of magnetic tape containing keyed data and Form SSA-3738, Tape Transmittal, to Tape Library for holding until job is run.

   2. 2. 

      Forward copy of Tape Transmittal showing number of items to RUSB.

   3. 3. 

      Retain back-up tape and related Tape Transmittal. Return to stock 90 days after creation unless otherwise notified.

   4. 4. 

      File related control sheets pending the release of the back-up tape.

   5. 5. 

      Destroy related control sheets when notified that the back-up tape has been released.
