RM 03280.006 Release Completed Pension Information Request Data—Data Operations Center (4407)

1. A. 

   Receive and hold Pension Information Request blocks until all blocks comprising a day's output are received.

2. B. 

   For each Pension Information Request block where the keyed data is being transmitted via the programmable magnetic tape terminal, also receive a Tape Transmittal.

3. C. 

   For each Pension Information Request block where the keyed data is being shipped to Baltimore, receive the reels of magnetic tape containing the output files and two copies of the Tape Transmittal for each reel.

4. D. 

   Place completed blocks of forms into appropriate shipping containers. Also include the appropriate copy of the Tape Transmittal in the shipping container.

5. E. 

   Forward the shipping containers to the following address:

     North Block, 2nd Floor

6. F. 

   When shipping the tape containing the keyed data, ensure that all tapes shipped are consecutively numbered.

7. G. 

   Forward original magnetic tape reels to the following address:

     Woodlawn, Maryland.
