RM 03803.063 Maintaining Employer Precedent Files

  1. Maintain an employer file consisting of cards on which information pertaining to the employer is recorded, e.g. no SS-15a. lost report, etc.

    1. Cards will be received from the Office of Income Security Programs (OISP).

    2. Also, cards will be prepared by coverage examiners.

  2. File such cards alphabetically by employer name.
