RM 03803.067 Allocating “Dummy Wage” Items

  1. Where acceptable evidence is received for one or more individuals and a dummy item has been established in the Nondetailed Earnings Report File (NERF) for the employer and period in question, the earnings should be established by allocating from the dummy amount.

  2. A dummy is an amount of earnings for which the name and SSN have not been identified. A dummy may exist for an individual entry or an entire report.

  3. Prepare an informal special determination to document the decision to establish earnings based on evidence.
