RM 10205.095 Applicant for SSN Requests an Interview with a Specific Employee

An SSN card applicant may request to see a specific FO or SSCC employee. To ensure the integrity of the SSN process, notify the office manager whenever an SSN applicant insists on dealing with one specific employee.

EXCEPTION: If the applicant has an appointment letter identifying a particular employee to contact, do not notify management.
