Registry Office (Maticni urad) in the Government Local Office (Upravna enota or Krajevni urad) of the town/village in which the event occurred.

2. Fee

420 Slovene tolars if the certificate is issued on an international form (8 languages, including English).

170 Slovene tolars if the certificate is issued in the Slovene language.
