GN 00605.561 Outline for Onsite Report

A. Policy

The organization of an onsite report is the ROs responsibility but it is important that certain basic issues be covered in each report and used as the basis for evaluating the performance of all institutions within each region.

B. Procedure

It is suggested that each report contain a Table of Contents and include the following sections:

  1. Introduction (background, purpose, and objectives)

  2. Institutions Reviewed and Accounting Period

  3. Institutional Procedures and Policies

  4. Summary of Institution's Performance

    1. Use of Benefits

      • Allocation of funds for personal expenditures

      • Maintenance charges

      • Personal use expenditures

      • Account balances

      • Manner in which conserved funds are held

      • Group purchases

    2. Reporting Procedures

      • Reporting work and custody changes

  5. Recommendations

  6. Attachments (Fact Sheets on topics such as acceptable uses of benefits or policy or regulatory information.)
