Norway uses Form N/USA 3 to:
transmit claims and related material to DIO
send requested information to DIO
request information from DIO
In order to respond to Form N/USA 3:
Obtain the requested information.
Obtain a consent statement, if no claim has been filed under the Agreement.
NOTE: Norway has agreed to provide a consent statement (N/USA 7) when they need information about a person who resides in Norway and has not filed a claim under the Agreement.
