A. Introduction

As explained in GN 01723.140 and GN 01723.145, certain provisions of the agreement apply only to persons who reside in the territory of France.

B. Definition

For purposes of the agreement,the territory of France includes the French territory on the European Continent and the Overseas Departments of:
