GN 01728.230 Controlling Requests Sent to a Portuguese Agency on Form SSA-2960-U3-PE - Procedure

Prepare a diary when information is requested from a Portuguese agency.

    Diary initial requests for 6 months.

  • •

    Diary followup requests for 3 months.

  • •

    Diary a request made by the FSP in Lisbon for 6 months from the date the FSP signed Form SSA-2960-U3-PE.

  • •

    Forward the folder to your Deputy Module Manager (DMM) or Module Manager if no response has been received after two follow-ups (i.e. after 1 year).
