A. Procedure – U.S. claim

Prepare an SSA-2960-AUS if an Australian working life residence record is required and has not been requested.

B. Procedure – U.S. and Australian or Australian claim only

Prepare an SSA-2960-AUS to:

  • •

    Request the Australian working life residence record if one has not been requested, or

  • •

    Send Centrelink the information or documentation they have requested.
