GN 01753.205 Evidence Required for U.S. Totalization Benefits Under the Agreement with the Slovak Republic

A. Policy for evidence required for U.S. Totalization benefits

When an applicant files for U.S. Totalization benefits under the agreement with the Slovak Republic, the applicant should submit the same evidence required to file a claim for regular (non-Totalization):

  • retirement,

  • survivors, or

  • disability insurance benefits.

When claiming Totalization benefits from the United States, the applicant must submit the evidence noted in GN 01702.200 through GN 01702.230.
