The Hungarian liaison agency uses the Form SSA e2960 HU-USA 3 to:

    transmit material to the Division of International Operations (DIO) or the Kraków, Poland Federal Benefits Unit (FBU);

  • •

    send information to DIO or the Kraków, Poland FBU, and

  • •

    request information from DIO.
