GN 01757.205 Evidence Required for U.S. Totalization Benefits under the Agreement with Brazil

When an applicant files for U.S. totalization benefits under the agreement with Brazil, the applicant must use the same evidence we require to establish a claim for regular (non-totalization) retirement, survivor, or disability insurance benefits. When applying for totalization benefits from the United States, the applicant may also need to submit the evidence described in GN 01702.200 through GN 01702.230.
