Be alert for nonwaiver related evidence that may require development when interviewing
the person requesting waiver (e.g., the person shows wages when we believe he is not
working). If evidence or a situation requiring additional evidence is uncovered, take
the appropriate action if possible. If the PC must take additional action, note on
the covering document of the waiver documentation that action on a nonwaiver issue
is needed and specify what action is needed. Include all development on the nonwaiver
issue with the waiver documentation.
