GN 02330.050 Disposition of Unproductive Alerts
AUDIENCE: CR, FR, SR, CA
If no response is made to the DO effort to locate the individual(s) eligible to receive
the excess premiums or if the DO inquiry is returned undeliverable, annotate the alert
with the appropriate legend “no response” or “unable to locate” and forward it to the PSC, Attn: Records Analysis Clerk. The DO should stamp the
alerts “prong file.” The annotated alert will be prongfiled in the claims folder.
