GN 04060.025 Good Cause

Good cause for reopening a determination or decision under GN 04060.005 B exists where:

1. A. 

   New and material evidence is furnished, or

2. B. 

   A clerical error has been made, or

3. C. 

   There is an error on the face of the evidence on which such determination or decision is based.
