RS 00204.080 Postentitlement Suspension - Alien is no Longer Lawfully Present

Policy

This notice provides language for suspension notices issued by the PSC once a determination is made that the beneficiary is no longer lawfully present in the U.S. The beneficiary is advised to contact SSA if they become a U.S. citizen or lawfully present alien.
