RS 01301.170 One-Half Support — Corroboration of Periodic Benefit Amounts

A. PROCEDURE

Corroborate the amount of periodic benefits alleged by a claimant.

Ask the claimant for documentary evidence showing the monthly amount throughout the support period if “other payments are involved”.

Contact the appropriate agency for verification if the claimant is unable to submit evidence.
