RS 01702.505 Military Service for Allied Countries In WW II - Policy

If a U.S. citizen served in the MS of an Allied country on or before December 8, 1941, certain residency and domiciliary criteria must be met before considering granting any wage credits or deemed insured status. Consult OISP, for the applicable criteria.
