RS 02001.203 Effective Date - U.S. Norwegian Agreement

The agreement went into effect on July 1, 1984. Determinations of coverage under this agreement cannot be effective prior to that date. Thus, if an individual was subject to dual taxes prior to that date, Social Security taxes would still be owed to both countries for earnings prior to that date.
