RS 02201.005 Effect of Coverage Determinations - Policy

When SSA determines that work for an employer is not covered, revise the E/R's of all affected employees based on the date we started the investigation of the employer's status provided the investigation was completed as soon as the facts permitted. See RS 02201.002.
