DI 28057.040 Individual Appeals the Hearing Decision

If the individual disagrees with the decision made by an ALJ, the FO will have the individual request a review of the hearing decision by completing a HA-520-U5, Request for Review of Hearing Decision/Order using normal routing procedures. See GN 03104.000 ff and SI 04040.000 ff.
