DI 39503.120 Regional Office Assistance

Regional office personnel are available to assist agencies with any questions or problems that may be encountered. Agencies should consult with the regional office on any problem as early as possible. In addition, members of the regional office will offer guidance and assistance during the development of the budget. Regional office personnel may conduct prebudget planning meetings with DDS officials and State fiscal personnel, as well as offer training and consultation in budget preparation. Visits to DDS's and other State fiscal offices will be arranged to monitor budget development and to provide any necessary input to help assure a timely and accurate budget submission.
