DI 39536.800 Status Reports of Implementation and Ongoing Development
The DDS is responsible for furnishing the regional office status reports on the implementation and ongoing development of any proposed EDP system or enhancement. These status reports will provide information on the progress of the installation of the system and any necessary budgetary considerations for the regional office.
NOTE: Obligations for any new EDP costs (hardware, software or services like consulting or programming) should be reported quarterly to the RO by means of Form SSA 871 or its equivalent. On the SSA-4513 (Stage Agency Report of Obligations for SSA Disability Programs), EDP costs should be included in “All Other Nonpersonnel Costs”).
