DI 40510.160 Establishing Future Diary

A. Policy

All Premium-HI enrollments must be diaried for future medical review using established CDR diary criteria. The case is alerted through the CDR diary system, but the review is an MFR following the criteria set out in DI 40510.155.

B. Procedure

1. New MFR/CDR done at time of enrollment

Establish a future diary date based on the date of the current favorable medical determination, e.g. three years for a MIP impairment etc. (Refer to DI 26525.001 - DI 26525.045).

2. MFR/CDR completed within past two years

Establish a future diary date based on the MFR/CDR unless a future diary date is already on the MBR.
