DI 42010.035 Congressional Interest in Favorable ALJ Decisions

When effectuating a favorable ALJ decision, you may find in file a congressional inquiry which has been closed out by the ALJ or the OHO Central Office notifying the congressman or Senator of the ALJ's favorable action. If this has occurred, act upon the congressional interest in accordance with current operating instructions when releasing the approved determination.
