DI 43505.070 End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD)

When an ESRD claim is received in INTPSC, it will be forwarded to ODO for processing. After adjudication, ODO will return these claims to INTPSC for folder maintenance. If a subsequent adjudicative issue arises, the folder should be returned to ODO for processing.
