DI 55075.030 Handling Complaints About the PM
Field components may receive complaints about the PM. If this occurs:
identify the individual making the complaint (e.g., a beneficiary, EN, State VR agency, other service provider, State P&A specialist);
take a signed statement, on Form SSA-795, from the individual; and
forward the Form SSA-795, and any accompanying documentation the individual wishes to submit, to the Regional Center for Disability Programs for subsequent forwarding to OESP.
NOTE: If the individual submits a letter or other statement complaining about the PM, forward it to the Regional Center for Disability Programs.
