SI 00604.025 Qualified Alien Status Based on Battery or Extreme Cruelty While in the U.S.: Question 13

A. Policy for completing question 13

A claimant meets this qualified alien status if they meet the requirements in SI 00502.116.

B. Developing battery or extreme cruelty

Develop battery/extreme cruelty if the claimant answers (a) "YES" and the claimant has the required relationship to a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted for permanent residence (LAPR) alien.
