A suspended PASS (as described in SI 00870.070) may resume (and SSA will exclude the income and resources) when the individual resolves
the reason for the suspension and the PASS expert approves the individual's request,
including any amendment, to pursue the PASS. At the PASS expert's discretion, an individual
may be allowed to resume a PASS that was suspended for more than 12 months as long
as the individual was not terminated for SSI benefits.
