HI 00630.010 Enrollment Procedures - General

An individual is eligible to enroll for SMI if: (1) they are entitled to premium-free HI; or (2) they have attained age 65, is a resident of the United States and either a United States citizen or an alien lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence with 5 years of continuous U.S. residence at the time of enrollment.
