NL 00740.015 No Installment - Call-In Letter

A. INTRODUCTION

The "Call-In" notice generates for each RECOOP record where no payment activity has been recorded after several requests for repayment. This notice requests that the debtor call the Debt Management Branch in the Program Service Center having jurisdiction of the claim.

B. POLICY

The "Call-In" notice is system generated 30 days after the "Past Due Payment" bill is sent if we do not receive a payment.
