C. Upon receipt of the OEO feedback request the technician must take the following actions:
1. The technician must check 2.8 remarks to see the referral reason to the Division of Earnings and Business Services (DEBS).
2. The technician must check the Master File Earnings Query (MEF) to determine if an adjustment has taken place.
