We are revising SI 00601.048 to include additional processing instructions for Title XVI duplicate applications to resolve an inconsistency in the proper handling and processing of Title XVI duplicate applications. We added procedure to mark the application or annotate the SSR with "duplicate application" to align with the Title II duplicate application policy in GN 00204.028.
