A. Purpose
This Emergency Message (EM) is to inform all stakeholders that the centralized control mailbox ||OCO OEIO MNUP for the Medicare Non-utilization Project (MNUP) is no longer available.
B. Background
The Central Processing International Office (IO) has worked with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) to have the correct MNUP mailbox established.
C. Process
All MNUP requests should now be sent to the “^CentProc IntlOps ISU CA MNUP” mailbox.
