Teleservice Center (TSC) employees are often the first point of contact for members of the public who need I&R services. TSCs may also receive requests for I&R services from other agencies or community organizations. TSC representatives should refer to the TSC Operating Guide (TSCOG) for instructions on processing inquiries.
