Summary of Changes

GN 00903.150 Teleservice Center Role for Information and Referral (I&R) Services

  • Updated the language to refer to the Field Office Informational/Referral Screen in the fourth sentence due to the release of the enhanced Leads and Appointment System on 7/18/2020.

  • Removed and replaced the obsoleted reference MSOM APPTS 001.003 to MS 00601.003.

GN 00903.150 Teleservice Center Role for Information and Referral (I&R) Services

Teleservice Center (TSC) employees are often the first point of contact for members of the public who need I&R services. TSCs may also receive requests for I&R services from other agencies or community organizations. TSC representatives should refer to the TSC Operating Guide (TSCOG) for instructions on processing inquiries. TSCs co-located with a field office (FO) should refer to the Field Office Informational/Referral Screen for referral information within the FO service area. For more information, see MS 00601.003.
