GN 00903.150 Teleservice Center Role for Information and Referral (I&R) Services
In support of the release of the enhanced Leads and Appointment System (eLAS), we removed the reference to the FO I & R file and replaced it with the Field Office Informational/Referral Screen in the fourth sentence.
In support of the release of the enhanced Leads and Appointment System (eLAS), we removed the MSOM reference MSOM APPTS 001.003 and replaced it with MS 00601.003.
Teleservice Center (TSC) employees are often the first point of contact for members of the public who need I&R services. TSCs may also receive requests for I&R services from other agencies or community organizations. TSC representatives should refer to the TSC Operating Guide (TSCOG) for instructions on processing inquiries. TSCs co-located with a field office (FO) should refer to the Field Office Informational/Referral Screen for referral information within the FO service area. For more information, see MS
