If an SSN holder who received five versions of the SSA-7014 contacts the FO or TSC with questions or requests for assistance in responding to the correspondence, take the following actions.

Explain covered earnings to the requester (see RS 01901.000). If the requester believes that there should be earnings posted to the record, process the allegation using routine earnings corrections procedures in RM 03800.000.
