GN 04447.210 Expediting Actions on Returned Claims - Operating Policy under GLPSC - DRS Procedures

The DRS must expedite the processing of all claims returned for correction, regardless of the action required. The DRS must return corrected or first level rebuttal claims to the DQB promptly so that individuals can be paid or notified timely, and the DQB can record the results of the corrective or rebuttal action.
