RS 02002.220 Crews of Aircraft Rule under the Agreement with Poland

A. Policy for coverage of an officer or a member of flight crew of an airplane

A person employed as an officer or member of the flight crew of an aircraft who would otherwise be covered under the laws of both the United States and Poland is covered only by the country where the employer is headquartered. However, if the employee resides in the other country, the employee will be subject to the laws of that country.
