A person employed as a member of the flight crew on an aircraft who would otherwise have dual coverage under the laws of both countries will only have coverage in the country where the employee resides. A member of the flight crew who would otherwise have dual coverage, but who does not reside in either country, will have coverage under the country where the employer’s headquarters are.
