A person employed as a member of the flight crew on an aircraft who, otherwise, would have dual coverage under the laws of both countries, only has coverage in the country where the employee resides. A member of the flight crew who, otherwise, has dual coverage, but who does not reside in either country, has coverage under the country where the employer’s headquarters are located.
