DI 13501.030 Referral of Policy Issues to Office of Disability

Any case (initial or reconsideration) which presents policy problems that cannot be solved by the Disability Programs Branch in RO should be referred to Office of Disability, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and Special Programs (DVRSP).
