SI SF01210.511 General Case Processing

1. A. 

   Complete the Livermore questionnaire (SI SF01210.527) during each redetermination. (See SI SF01210.523 for loss of eligibility for BCI protection.)

2. B. 

   Ask the recipient to submit evidence to document allegations of income, work expenses, etc., that are not already documented in the file.

3. C. 

   Using the computation sheets (SI SF01210.520 G-J), compute the recipient’s BCI under the State plan and compare it to the CI/FR. Manual computations of CI/FR will be needed only if the systems computation is incorrect or unavailable.

4. D. 

   Use whichever method results in the lower countable income to compute payments.
