The Maturing Action Program (MAP) will generate a notice to the beneficiary in the month the deferred action matures.  In the event the premiums due upon maturity exceed the amount of the payment, MAP will redefer the case one or more months in order to deduct the required premiums.

The revised MAP notice reflects the standard 3-line heading; the text is in upper/lower case; and the return address is in the upper right.  Since the system interfaces with the Telecommunications Routing Indicator Directory, Extended (TRIDE), the referral paragraph on the MAP notice includes the 800 telephone number and the local field office address.  The notice also includes the appeals paragraph and the reporting responsibility paragraph on the front.
