A withdrawal of an application extends to all classes of benefits covered by that application. An SVB application is also an application for benefits under title II and title XVI programs. However, if a separate title II or title XVI application was filed either before or after the title VIII application, the title II and/or title XVI application is not considered withdrawn when the SVB claim is withdrawn.
