Nonprofessional school employees are employees of public school districts in the specified States, in positions that did not require a valid State teacher's or administrator's certificate, as a prerequisite of payment for their services. Modifications covering nonprofessional school employee positions under the Section 104(f) provisions were filed with the Social Security Administration only between August 1, 1956, and December 31, 1961.
