Since we completed the initial October 1999 – September 2000 automatic Statement mailings, we continue the process annually. Eligible individuals receive an updated
            Statement each year about 3 months before their birth month. New recipients are added to the
            mailings as they turn age 25. Individuals who die or begin receiving benefits are
            removed from the mailings. We use the same process described in the previous sections
            to issue these automatic annual Statements.
