RM 03803.030 Handling Inquiries With Previous Correspondence

1. A. 

   Examine the previous correspondence to determine if there is enough information in file to close the current inquiry.

2. B. 

   Request additional scouting, if necessary.

3. C. 

   Determine whether the case is “complete” or “incomplete” and handle accordingly.
